The panelists included Birendranagar Mayor Mohanmaya Dhakal, Film Development Board Chairman Dinesh DC, actor Pradeep Khadka, and Karnali Province’s Minister for Social Development Ghanshyam Bhandari. The session was moderated by journalist and film writer Vikas Subedi.
