The closing ceremony of the festival was held under the chief patronage of Karnali Province Assembly MP and social worker Rajiv Bikram Shah, with the special participation of Honorable Yogendra Shahi, Vice Chair of the Karnali Government Planning Commission. In the program, MP Shah expressed that Karnali is ready to contribute to the development of cinema and tourism, emphasizing the need to move forward with policy initiatives. The special guest shared his thoughts, stating that he had learned many things from this festival and expressed the need to incorporate these insights into the province’s policies.
